TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: My husband and I recently sold our present home in Peachtree City and bought a new one, which will be finished late this year. RE/MAX International, Inc. Dear Sirs, I am writing to tell you about the service I received from one of your agents during our move from Arizona to Georgia. Mr. Ken Parker of the RE/MAX Results office was everything you could ask for in a real estate agent. We had to move on very short notice and came to Peachtree City without a temporary place to live. Ken found us a place that would accommodate us and our dog. He then methodically went over all the available homes and helped us narrow down the ones we needed to see. As new homes came on the market, he brought these to our attention. After we found the one we wanted, he helped us negotiate a very good price. His service did not stop there, however. I was still working on the West Coast and in my absence he checked on many items that would have normally been my responsibility. He helped us arrange for a reputable painter to repaint the home's exterior. The house also required an extensive plumbing rework. Ken found us an outstanding plumber and arranged for us to inspect some of his previous work. The projects were completed in excellent fashion and we are very pleased with our new home. When Ken checked with us two weeks after moving in so see how everything was going, it was a pleasure to tell him how well he had managed our move. The primary emphasis of Ken throughout this process was to serve us and get us into a home we were comfortable with. Just a short note to say thank you for the help in finding our wonderful home and the follow-up with the homestead exemption. I went immediately over to the courthouse and filed the paperwork. They also updated their records showing me as the home owner. Your call is saving us $1000 per year in taxes and even though you didn't have to remind us, you did. This is a sign of a true professional and I wanted to let you know when I find someone that is looking for a real estate professional, I will steer them your direction.
